Clarke has now officially released the new CAT18 engine series. This new Clarke line offers models from 1470-2100 RPM at 460-800 BHP (343-596 kW). Not only is Clarke offering models with new ratings, the CAT18 engines feature new Soft Start functionality designed to test the initial engine commissioning , and a new 6 up digital display gauge that will display RPM, engine temperature, oil pressure, engine hours and will display voltage for battery set #1 and #2.
The CAT18 engine series has been carefully designed for high volume pumping applications such as oil and gas refineries, mining operations, power plants, and much more. The new engine series is also available for installations globally and meets US EPA 40 CFR Subpart 60 Requirements.
The CAT18 engine series is UL listed and FM Approved and designed in accordance to NFPA 20.
